BioOver 18, married, teenage daughters, et cetera, et cetera. . . and proving Gloria Steinem's assertion that women get more radical as they get older.
I've changed careers almost as many times as I've changed hairstyles, but more often than I've changed husbands. Getting diagnosed, a few years ago, with ADD explained many, many things. Better living through modern chemistry! I now put my eclectic experience and mish-mash of academic degrees to work as a freelance researcher and writer. Every week, it's something different. ADD, much?
My daughters and I discovered BtVS one magical summer when we watched all seven seasons together. The whole family watched the final episode in tears (even hubby!). The household was subdued for several days, as my girls and I mourned the loss of Spike. Joss may be a genius, but the last season of BtVS proves that no one is infallible. My younger daughter's preference for Angel proves that no one is perfect--not even my own children.
A recent prolonged illness gave me an excuse to explore the world of Spuffy fanfic, a strange and wondrous realm. Stay tuned for further details. . .
